超氧化岐化酶,简称(SOD)能清除人体内 O_2~-,所以在预防氧的毒性,抗辐射损伤,减缓衰老以及预防肿瘤和炎症等多方面特性被应用于临床治疗,发挥了其独特功能,人们已从牛和人的红细胞,马肝和酵母中得到 Cu—Zn SOD,对 SOD 中金属配位构型研究是探讨活性中心的重要方面。本文对合成的三(2—苯咪唑亚甲基胺,简称 NTB),Cu、Zn 金属的配合物的中心金属元素进行了测定。仪器用 WFX—1F:型原子吸收分光光度计(北京第二光学仪器厂产),铜,锌空心阴极灯(北京真空仪表厂产),试验中所用 Cu、Zn、Co 标准溶液均由光谱纯试剂配制。精确称取样品0.1000克于干燥的石英小烧杯中,放入高温电炉内,于500℃干灰化2小时,冷却,在灰分中,测 Cu 加0.5ml 浓 HNO_3,测 Zn、Co 加0.5ml 浓 HCl 和几滴水,微热溶解后,转移至10ml 比色管中,稀释至刻度。测定所用仪器的工作条件见表1。测定结果的准确度与精密度见表2
