提高当代大学生的科技创新能力,对于促进中国未来建设事业有着重要的意义。因此培养大学生的科技创新意识和提高其科技创新能力是十分重要而且是必要的。首先对大学生科技创新能力现状和培养大学生科技创新能力的途径进行了分析,然后重点介绍了我校计算机学科大学生科技创新基地的建设,包括科技创新基地的管理和运作机制、活动内容和激励制度等。大学生科技创新基地的建设,实现了第一课堂与第二课堂的有机结合,课内与课外的互动,智力与非智力的协调发展。这对培养和提高大学生的科技创新实践能力发挥了重要的作用。
To improve the scientific and technological innovation capacity of contemporary college students is of great significance to promoting China’s future construction. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to cultivate college students’ sense of science and technology innovation and improve their ability of scientific and technological innovation. First of all, it analyzes the status quo of university students’scientific and technological innovation ability and ways to cultivate the students’scientific and technological innovation ability. Then, it mainly introduces the construction of science and technology innovation base of computer science students in our university, including the management and operation mechanism, content and incentive system of science and technology innovation base . The construction of university students’ science and technology innovation base has realized the organic combination of the first class and the second class, the interaction between class and extracurricular, the coordinated development of intelligence and non-intelligence. This has played an important role in cultivating and improving college students’ capability in scientific and technological innovation.
