针对NCC(Normalizing Controlled Cooling)系统冷却不均匀、冷却能力不足的问题,对NCC系统的冷却极管和供水管路进行了改造。利用80、100 mm厚规格钢板进行了冷却试验,研究表明,改造后,极管更加密集,供水压力和冷却水流量增加,由于冷却能力增加,减少了钢板正火后的强度损失,保障了正火钢板的合格率,实现了厚规格钢板的稳定生产。
In view of the problem of NCC (Normalizing Controlled Cooling) system being unevenly cooled and insufficient cooling capacity, the cooling condenser and the water supply pipe of the NCC system have been modified. The cooling test is carried out by using 80,100 mm thick steel plate. The results show that after the reforming, the polar tubes are more dense and the water supply pressure and cooling water flow rate are increased. As the cooling capacity is increased, the strength loss after normalizing of the steel plate is reduced, The qualified rate of the steel plate, to achieve a stable production of thick gauge steel.
