一、前言一般遇到需在混凝土构件上钻孔或进行曲线、直线切割时,大多采取手工凿剔,少数采用机械钻切的方法。由于混凝土强度高、硬度大,又属非匀质脆性材料。因此,手工凿剔劳动强度大,劳动条件差,且施工效率低,加工质量差。而机械加工虽有改善,但受机械、动力、施工条件等方面影响,有一定的局限性,且由于钻头及刀片的磨损严重,施工费用也较高。更重要的是,上述两种加工工艺都不可避免地对混凝土构件施加强烈的冲击振动,使被加工的构件产
I. INTRODUCTION In general, when encountering the need to drill holes or perform curved and straight cuts on concrete structures, most of them are manually chiseled and few are mechanically drilled. Because of its high strength and hardness, it is a non-homogeneous brittle material. Therefore, hand-cutting labor intensity, poor working conditions, and low construction efficiency, poor processing quality. Although the mechanical processing has been improved, it has certain limitations due to mechanical, power, and construction conditions. Due to the serious wear of the drill and the blade, the construction cost is also high. More importantly, the above two kinds of processing processes inevitably exert strong shock and vibration on the concrete components and make the processed components produce.
