使用Fann50C型和六速旋转粘度计(带加热套)测定了一些常用钻井液处理剂溶液在不同温度和压力下的流变特性,并对它们的剪切稀化特性和钻头水眼处紊流下的流动阻力等性能特点进行了比较系统的研究。研究表明,压力对处理剂溶液流变性的影响较温度的影响小,特别是当温度大于60℃时更是如此;同时,本文回归出的各处理剂溶液的表观粘度和塑性粘度随温度和压力的数学模型可直接用于指导设计钻井液配方时的各处理剂筛选。
