煤层气储层普遍具有弱含水,供液能力差的特点,尤其在排采中后期,产液量极低,使得排采过程中,动液面下降较快,导致井底流压难以控制;同时,低产液量无法满足带出煤粉所需要的流速,使得煤粉在井筒沉降,容易引起卡泵现象,严重的需要进行检泵作业。为了确保煤层气“连续、缓慢、稳定”排采,特引入带压洗泵装置,本文进行了该装置的工作原理介绍及效果分析,通过F2井现场实践应用,发现其可以有效稳定液面和延长检泵周期,效果良好。

In order to ensure that CBM “continuous, slow and stable ” drainage, especially the introduction of pressure washing pump device, this paper describes the working principle of the device and the effect of analysis, field practice through F2 wells and found that it can effectively stabilize the liquid Surface and extend the pump cycle, the effect is good.
