肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)系浸润于实体瘤中的淋巴细胞,并能在IL-2中培养生长,具独特的溶解自体瘤特性。TIL和IL-2的过继转移能介导肿瘤的持续消退。我们使用逆转录病毒介导的基因转导,把标志基因插入TIL后输注给患者。由于这是首次转移外来基因给人,需NIH批准并考虑实践多样性、安全性、及伦理上的问题。以下报告将基因修饰过的TIL转移给5名晚期癌患者
Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are lymphocytes infiltrating solid tumors and can grow in IL-2 cultures, with unique characteristics of autologous tumor lysis. The adoptive transfer of TIL and IL-2 can mediate the continuous regression of tumors. We used retroviral-mediated gene transduction to insert the marker gene into the TIL and infused it into patients. Since this is the first time that alien genes have been transferred to humans, NIH is required to approve and consider the diversity, safety, and ethical issues. The following report transfers genetically modified TIL to 5 patients with advanced cancer
