目的了解浦东新区生产性农药中毒情况,探讨农药中毒发生的规律,以拟定管理措施,控制生产性农药中毒的发生。方法收集2006~2011年浦东新区农药中毒报告卡及生产性农药中毒个案调查表,用Excel进行统计分析。结果生产性农药中毒人数共179例,男性多于女性,中毒人群年龄多为40岁以上,且以个体农民居多;引起生产性中毒的主要农药为有机磷,占44.69%,其中又以敌敌畏中毒最多,占有机磷农药中毒人数的41.25%;中毒高峰期发生在7~9月;按中毒原因构成比,生产性农药中毒的前三位原因是药物沾染衣物、逆风喷药、喷雾器滴漏。结论应加强农药销售、使用的监督,加强40岁以上使用农药人群的安全知识宣传和培训,提高安全使用农药意识,以减少农药中毒的发生。
Objective To understand the situation of productive pesticide poisoning in Pudong New Area, to explore the law of pesticide poisoning and to formulate management measures to control the occurrence of productive pesticide poisoning. Methods A questionnaire of pesticide poisoning report card and productive pesticide poisoning in Pudong New Area from 2006 to 2011 was collected and statistically analyzed by Excel. Results A total of 179 cases of productive pesticide poisoning, more men than women, the age of poisoning crowd more than 40 years of age, and individual farmers are more; cause of productive poisoning of the main pesticides for organic phosphorus, accounting for 44.69%, which in turn dichlorvos poisoning Accounting for 41.25% of the total number of organophosphate pesticide poisoning. The peak period of poisoning occurred from July to September. The first three causes of pesticide poisoning were drug contamination, upwind spraying and sprayer drip leakage. Conclusion The supervision of sales and use of pesticides should be strengthened. Publicity and training on safety knowledge of peasants using pesticides over the age of 40 should be strengthened so as to raise the consciousness of safe use of pesticides so as to reduce the occurrence of pesticide poisoning.
