一、问题提出问题行为的概念(Problem Behavior)是由英国的威克曼(E.K.waksman)于1928年最早提出,国内外教育界对于问题行为也有多种界定。笔者把青少年的问题行为理解为:青少年面对多变复杂的社会环境时,个人无法顺应环境的变化,从而导致自我意识或行为举止方面的失衡或困扰。处于各类不同生活、学习环境下的青少年群体,均存在各样的问题行为,而青少年正处于心智成长、学业进步的关键时期,
Problem Problem Problem Behavior was first proposed by E.K. Waksman in 1928 in the UK. There are many definitions of problem behaviors in education circles at home and abroad. The author understands the problems and behaviors of adolescents as follows: When adolescents are confronted with the ever-changing and complicated social environment, they can not conform to the changes of the environment, resulting in the imbalance or distress in self-awareness or behavior. All kinds of problems exist in the youth groups under different living and learning environments. However, young people are in a critical period of growing their minds and progressing in their studies.
