本文扼要地介绍了放电渗碳的研究现状和放电熔渗的初步试验结果。重点介绍用高速摄影机和多线示波器记录放电渗碳的试验过程。阐明了放电渗碳的高速渗入过程是由于电场、温度梯度和局部的应力状态与较高的碳浓度梯度综合作用的结果。
This article briefly introduces the current research status of discharge carburizing and preliminary test results of discharge infiltration. Focus on the use of high-speed video cameras and multi-line oscilloscope record discharge carburizing test process. It is clarified that the high-speed infiltration process of discharge carburizing is the result of the combined effect of electric field, temperature gradient and local stress state and higher carbon concentration gradient.
