近年来,有关食物疗法(简称“食疗)的研究日渐深入,已经从验方总结、一方对一病的研究方法发展到中医辨证为基础的辨证食疗研究的新阶段。但是,食疗与药治,虽属同源,却各有所长,两者不能相互取代。如何把这两者有效地结合起来,这是当前临床治疗学研究的重要课题,也是现代预防医学和康复医学等学科的重要内容之一。有鉴于此,笔者对中医药食结合形式进行了初步探索。现分以下几方面略作探讨,以期引起同道们对这方面研究的重视。不当之处,恳请教正。一、药食先后药治与食疗有所不同。药治主要在于祛
In recent years, the research on food therapy (abbreviated as “therapeutic therapy”) has become more and more in-depth, and it has been developed from the summary of the prescription, the research method of one disease to the new stage of dialectical therapeutic therapy based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.
