以工程机械发动机冷却系统为例,介绍冷却系统的基本构成及工作原理。运用传热学的基本原理结合相关测试的经验,提出冷却系统的校核计算方法,并建立一套冷却系统的评估指标。主机厂设计人员在对冷却系统中各部件布置及结构进行设计前,可以根据该计算方法对冷却系统进行校核计算,并对冷却系统性能做出评估。根据评估结果,可对冷却系统设计参数进行优化,达到提高冷却系统性能的目的。
Take engineering machinery engine cooling system as an example to introduce the basic structure and working principle of cooling system. Based on the basic principle of heat transfer and the experience of related test, the calculation method of cooling system is proposed and a set of evaluation index of cooling system is established. Before designing the layout and structure of each component in the cooling system, OEMs can check and calculate the cooling system according to the calculation method and evaluate the performance of the cooling system. According to the assessment results, the cooling system design parameters can be optimized to achieve the purpose of improving the cooling system performance.
