面对市场环境的变化 ,医院的经营环境也充满了不确定性。业务外包作为一种组织间合作的新型模式 ,成为医院降低经营成本 ,保持和提升核心竞争力的重要战略选择。本文在阐述医院业务外包重要意义的前提下 ,重点探讨了医院几种可实施外包的业务类型 ,并从管理机制、外包准备、外包商选择、外包管理组织建立、合作关系培育 ,以及外包监督与风险防范等方面深入剖析了医院在实施业务外包中应注意的管理问题 ,为进一步研究医院业务外包管理奠定基础
Faced with changes in the market environment, the hospital’s operating environment is full of uncertainty. As a new model of inter-organizational cooperation, business outsourcing has become an important strategic choice for hospitals to reduce operating costs and maintain and enhance their core competitiveness.
