目的探讨有效细胞成分(有诊断价值的细胞,包括脱落的肿瘤细胞、脱落的上皮细胞和间皮细胞等,不包括炎症细胞、红细胞等)含量少或血含量多的液体标本涂片的制作方法。方法对71例含血多或有效细胞成分含量少的液体标本采用传统离心和膜式采集两种方法的组合(以下称组合法)进行涂片,并分别与每种单纯方法比较。结果组合法所制涂片有效细胞成分较单纯离心法明显增多、血细胞明显减少且较膜式细胞采集法细胞排列更薄层、平坦、规整。组合法与单纯两种方法对比有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论通过两种涂片方法的有机结合克服了单纯方法的缺点,使有效细胞成分少或含血液成分多的液体标本能制出优良涂片,使瘤细胞检出率明显提高,降低了重复检查和漏误诊的发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation method of liquid specimen smears with low content or high blood content of effective cell components (such as exfoliated tumor cells, exfoliated epithelial cells and mesothelial cells, etc., excluding inflammatory cells, erythrocytes, etc.) . Methods Seventy-one liquid samples containing less or more effective cellular components were smeared by a combination of conventional centrifugation and membrane sampling (hereinafter referred to as the combination method) and compared with each simple method. Results Compared with the simple centrifugation method, the effective cell components in the smear produced by the combination method were obviously increased, the blood cells were obviously reduced, and the cells arranged more thinly than the membrane-type cells were thin, flat and regular. There was significant difference between the combination method and the simple method (P <0.01 and P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of the two smear methods overcomes the shortcomings of the simple method, making the liquid sample with less effective cell components or more blood components can make excellent smear, which obviously increases the detection rate of tumor cells and reduces the repeated examination And misdiagnosis of the incidence of misdiagnosis.
