为了克服淀粉接枝丙烯腈过程中的均聚反应 ,提出了一个紫外光复合引发体系 .研究了用二苯甲酮 (BP)与安息香乙醚 (BE)组成的复合引发体系对玉米淀粉接枝丙烯腈反应的影响 .通过不同的BP BE比 ,设计不同的BP、BE加入的时间关系 .研究结果表明 :BP、BE能够组成一个有效的复合引发体系 .该引发体系克服了均聚反应 ,并使淀粉的接枝率达到 3 2 % ,接枝效率达到 92 % .
In order to overcome the homopolymerization reaction during the grafting of starch onto acrylonitrile, a UV-initiator system was proposed to study the effect of corn starch-grafted propylene (PP) Nitrile reaction.By different BP BE ratio, the time relationship of different BP and BE additions was designed.The results show that BP and BE can form an effective composite initiation system.The homopolymerization reaction is overcome by the initiation system Starch grafting rate of 32%, grafting efficiency of 92%.
