采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机研究了低碳高铌钢在不同变形参数下的动态再结晶行为及奥氏体再结晶晶粒尺寸的变化规律。结果表明:低碳高铌钢在较高温度下变形,越易发生动态再结晶行为,再结晶晶粒尺寸也随之增加至32μm;较低应变速率可显著促进试验钢发生完全再结晶,再结晶晶粒的数量与尺寸随之明显增加。
The dynamic recrystallization behavior and austenite recrystallization grain size of low carbon high niobium steel under different deformation parameters were studied by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine. The results show that the deformation of low carbon high niobium steel at higher temperature is more likely to occur during the dynamic recrystallization and the recrystallization grain size increases to 32μm. The lower strain rate can significantly promote the complete recrystallization of recrystallized The number of particles and the size of a significant increase.
