人防钢门是一种大型的框结构产品,尺寸规格往往以1×2m~2到6× 2.5m~2。无沦门扇还是门框,都是先用槽钢或角钢焊接成长方形的框架、然后再进行其它工序的加工。 生产中,为了控制槽钢或角钢的边与边之间的垂直度,我们在加工和检验测量中采用量对角线的方法使误差控制在要求的范围以内。 1.测量板 由于在槽钢与槽钢之间的连接处有5～10mm的焊高,无法直接测量对角线,如图1示。而测量槽钢折边搭接点C,则材料本身存在误差。测量外缘点a、b,则因槽钢下料时每端留有磨光余量2～3mm,也不能做
