随着科学信息技术的不断革新,人力资源工作与社会保障工作的有效结合不断深入,加快两者的信息化建设十分必要且迫切,通过现代信息科学技术,能够使人力资源和社会保障的职能得到发挥更大的作用,进一步提升政府机构的工作效率,促使有关制度政策和社会保障事业的长效实施和可持续发展。本文将对人力资源与社会保障信息建设的相关理论进行概述,指出人力资源与社会保障信息化建设的重要作用,并提出能够促进信息化建设发展的有效措施,希望能够促进其良好发展。
