目的:建立宫血宁分散片中重楼皂苷I含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,选用Waters Symmetry ShieldTMRP18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(41:59);检测波长203nm;流速:lmL/min。结果:楼皂苷I进样量在l.0 231~26.102μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6);平均加样回收率为99.80%,RSD为1.48%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,结果稳定可靠,重现性好,为建立宫血宁分散片的质量标准提供了良好的理论依据。
Objective: To establish the method of Gonglouning dispersible tablets in the polysaccharide saponin I content. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with a Waters Symmetry Shield TMRP18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (41:59). The detection wavelength was 203 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL / min. Results: The calibration curve of saponin I had a good linearity (r = 0.9998, n = 6) in the range of l0 231 ~ 26.102 μg with an average recovery of 99.80% and a RSD of 1.48% (n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, stable and reliable, reproducible, and provides a good theoretical basis for establishing the quality standard of Gongxuening Dispersible Tablets.
