采用阳极氧化技术制备了双通型自支撑二氧化钛纳米管阵列薄膜,并研究了阳极氧化条件对所形成的阵列薄膜的厚度以及形貌的影响。结果表明,反应温度和阳极电压对所制备的阵列薄膜的表面形貌以及纳米管的生长速度有较大影响;而所生成的阵列薄膜的厚度随阳极氧化时间的增加而增加。在阳极氧化过程中,最终阶段的快速升高电压是形成双通型阵列薄膜的关键因素。
Two-way self-supported titania nanotube arrays were prepared by anodic oxidation. The effects of anodization conditions on the thickness and morphology of the arrayed films were also investigated. The results show that the reaction temperature and the anode voltage have great influence on the surface morphology and the growth rate of the nanotubes. The thickness of the arrayed films increases with the anodization time. During anodization, the rapidly rising voltage at the final stage is a key factor in forming a two-way array thin film.
