【目的】提高新疆葡萄干国际市场竞争力,促进葡萄干出口。【方法】从葡萄栽培种植、采摘、储运、晾晒、加工等技术方面分析制约新疆葡萄干走向国际市场的主要因素,分析影响葡萄干出口的关键因素葡萄干粗加工与精加工技术设备存在的问题。【结果】提出了推进新疆葡萄干出口的有效措施,逐步提高制干葡萄产前、产中、产后的标准化作业水平,增强葡萄干粗精加工能力,开展新技术的研究和应用。【结论】新疆葡萄干产量占到我国葡萄干产量的90%以上,有效解决制约葡萄干出口存在的问题,将很大程度提高新疆葡萄干品质,增强国际市场竞争力,增加出口,产生可观的经济效益。
【Purpose】 Raising the international market competitiveness of raisins in Xinjiang and promoting the export of raisins. 【Method】 The main factors restricting the Xinjiang raisin from entering the international market were analyzed from the aspects of cultivation, picking, storage, drying, processing and other techniques of viticulture. The problems existed in the razor roughing and finishing techniques and equipment were analyzed. 【Result】 An effective measure to promote the export of raisins in Xinjiang was put forward. The standardization of pre-production, mid-delivery and post-production of dried grapes was gradually improved, the crude finishing ability of raisins was enhanced, and the research and application of new technologies were carried out. 【Conclusion】 The production of raisin in Xinjiang accounts for more than 90% of the total output of raisin in our country. It can effectively solve the problems that restrict the export of raisin. It will greatly improve the quality of raisin in Xinjiang, enhance the competitiveness in the international market, increase exports and generate considerable economic benefits.
