目的 :观察不同级别脑胶质瘤细胞周期素 D1( Cyclin D1)蛋白表达情况。方法 :采用免疫组化技术结合高温高压抗原修复法观察肿瘤细胞 Cyclin D1阳性表达率。结果 :胶质瘤 Cyclin D1阳性率明显高于正常对照组 ,并有随肿瘤恶性程度增加而升高的趋势 ,但 、 级肿瘤间差异不显著( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :脑胶质瘤存在 Cyclin D1蛋白过表达现象 ,推测与维持肿瘤增殖活性有关。
Objective: To observe the expression of Cyclin D1 in different grades of glioma. Methods: The positive rate of Cyclin D1 expression in tumor cells was detected by immunohistochemistry and high temperature and high pressure antigen retrieval. Results: The positive rate of Cyclin D1 in glioma was significantly higher than that in the normal control group. The positive rate of Cyclin D1 in glioma was increased with the malignant degree of glioma. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Cyclin D1 protein overexpression is present in gliomas, which is speculated to be related to the maintenance of tumor proliferative activity.
