看30年以后的发展,笔者认为当务之急是:行业需要回归市场本性,市场需要弘扬创新精神,物业人需要肩负起创造和谐的使命!物业管理行业伴随着祖国改革开放的进程已经走过了30年,改革创新和市场经济的理念始终伴随着行业的发展。但回顾行业历程并审视现实,我们感受到,需要发扬的仍然是“创新”与“市场”的理念!
