因受到复杂的外部水土压力和较高的内水压力共同作用,单层衬砌盾构法输水隧道具有独特的接头构造。针对上海青草沙输水隧道(岛屿陆域段)单层衬砌管片接头的特点(铸铁手孔,双层螺栓),借助1:1足尺荷载试验及三维非线性弹塑性数值模拟对单层衬砌输水隧道管片接头的抗弯力学特性进行了研究。获得了单层衬砌输水隧道管片接头在不同接头轴力(拉/压力)、不同接头弯矩(正/负弯矩)和不同螺栓预紧力条件下接头张角及抗弯刚度的变化规律;并获得了环向螺栓轴力随接头弯矩的变化规律及管片接头的变形特性,研究成果可供类似工程借鉴。
Due to the combination of complicated external water and earth pressure and high internal water pressure, the single-layer liner shield tunnel has a unique joint structure. Aiming at the characteristics of the single-layer lining segment joint of Shanghai Qingcaosha Water Conveyance Tunnel (island land section) (cast iron hand hole and double-layer bolt), the uniaxial elastic modulus The buckling mechanics characteristics of lining aqueduct pipe joint were studied. The variation of joint opening angle and flexural rigidity under the conditions of different joint axial force (tension / pressure), different joint bending moment (positive / negative moment) and different bolt prestressing were obtained. The rules of the axial force of the annular bolts with the joint bending moment and the deformation characteristics of the pipe joints were obtained. The research results can be used for reference to similar projects.
