提出了检测金属平板或边缘塌角的新方法。用He-Ne激光器作为光源,CCD作为光电接收装置,对塌角信号进行检测。并对慢反射光的宽度、最大偏移作了详细的计算和讨论,并讨论了CCD的位置约束关系。此装置体积小,使用灵活,方便。实验表明,它能很好地完成检测、自动分选金属平板或链板的功能,并具有选出率高的特点。还讨论了装置的安装技术要求以及为提高选出率、降低误选率所采取的数据处理措施
A new method to detect metal slab or edge collapse is proposed. He-Ne laser as a light source, CCD as a photoelectric receiver, the signal detection for the collapse. The width and maximum deviation of the slow reflected light are calculated and discussed in detail, and the position constraint relationship of the CCD is discussed. This device is small, flexible and easy to use. Experiments show that it can well test, automatic sorting metal plate or chain plate function, and has the characteristics of high selection rate. Also discussed the installation of the device technical requirements and to improve the selection rate, reduce the error rate of data taken by the measures taken
