目的探讨肢体远隔缺血预适应对人血清载脂蛋白A-1及亚硝酸盐水平的影响。方法选择在心导管室行冠脉造影患者80例。在鞘管进入桡动脉后,进行桡动脉取血8ml,随后在右下肢行RLIPC,完成3次操作之后再次桡动脉取血8ml,通过免疫透射比浊法检测载脂蛋白A-1水平及比色法检测亚硝酸盐水平。结果 RLIPC组操作后血清载脂蛋白A-1及亚硝酸盐水平均明显高于操作前。结论针对下肢行RLIPC可以使人血清载脂蛋白A-1及亚硝酸盐水平升高,提示RLIPC可能使得肢体局部产生载脂蛋白A-1及亚硝酸盐。
Objective To investigate the effect of limb ischemic preconditioning on serum apolipoprotein A-1 and nitrite levels. Methods Eighty patients undergoing coronary angiography in cardiac catheterization were enrolled. In the sheath into the radial artery, the radial artery blood 8ml, followed by the right lower limb line RLIPC, to complete the three operations after the radial artery blood 8ml, by immunoturbidimetric detection of apolipoprotein A-1 levels and Colorimetric detection of nitrite levels. Results The levels of serum apolipoprotein A-1 and nitrite in RLIPC group were significantly higher than those before operation. CONCLUSION: RLIPC for lower extremities can increase the levels of serum apolipoprotein A-1 and nitrite, suggesting that RLIPC may cause local production of apolipoprotein A-1 and nitrite in the limbs.
