本文报告了17一α一甲基睾丸酮和17β一雌二醇两种类固醇激素对中国对虾幼体蜕皮和生长的影响。通过投喂含有激素的饵料进行实验,结果表明:与对照组比较,15天实验中,17α一甲基睾丸酮和17β一雌二醇实验组幼体分别提前2天和1天全部进入仔虾期;16天实验中,后10天(第7天到第16天)17α一甲基睾丸酮实验组幼体生长明显加快(P<.05),17β一雌二醇实验组幼体生长无显著变化(P>0.05)。
This article reports the effects of 17-α-methyltestosterone and 17β-estradiol on the molting and growth of juvenile P. chinensis. The results showed that compared with the control group, the larvae of 17α-methyltestosterone and 17β-estradiol experimental groups all entered the larvae stage two days and one day earlier than the control group respectively. In the 16-day experiment, the larval growth of 17α-methyltestosterone group was significantly accelerated in the last 10 days (day 7 to day 16) (P <.05), and there was no significant change in larval growth of 17β-estradiol experimental group (P> 0.05).
