农技推广的拓荒牛——记“全国杰出专业技术人才”张洪松

今年7月,“全国杰出专业技术人才”表彰暨专业技术人才队伍建设工作会议在人民大会堂召开,中共中央政治局常委、国家副主席胡锦涛,中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理李岚清等中央领导接见了会议代表。胡锦涛代表党中央、国务院,向受到表彰的50位“全国杰出专业技术人才”表示热烈的祝贺,向工作在各条战线的广大专业技术人员表示崇高的敬意和亲切的问候。“全国杰出专业技术人才”象征知识分子的最高荣誉,迄今为止,获得这一荣誉的中国知识分子仅有60人,其中有近20位两院院士。张洪松同志是获得今年“全国杰出专业技术人才”殊荣的50位专家之一,也是全国农技推广系统获此荣誉的惟一代表。本刊特发此通讯表示庆贺,也期望有更多的农技推广人员能跻身全国杰出专业技术人才行列,为全国农技推广系统争取更大荣誉。 In July this year, the “National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent” Award and the Professional and Technical Talents Work Meeting were held in the Great Hall of the People. Up to now, only 60 Chinese intellectuals have won this honor, of which nearly 20 are academicians of both houses. Comrade Zhang Hongsong is one of the 50 experts who won this year’s “National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent” honors and the only representative who won this honor through the national agricultural extension system. The publication of this newsletter express my congratulation, but also expect more agricultural extension staff to rank among the nation’s outstanding professional and technical personnel for the national agricultural extension system to win greater honor.
