本文介绍用于石油井深探测仪的压电陶瓷传声器的设计原理.根据导得的二层圆筒换能器内的应力分布公式,证明了其切向应力远大于径向应力, 由此提出了对包封材料的要求.根据所得的电声灵敏度公式提出了对压电陶瓷材料的要求和理想的结构形式.文中列出了在不同结构因素下的这种压电陶瓷传声器的电声灵敏度的实验数据.还给出了这种压电陶瓷传声器用于模拟井深测时的实测曲线.
This paper introduces the design principle of the piezoelectric ceramic microphone used in the oil well depth detector.It is proved that the tangential stress is far greater than the radial stress according to the stress distribution formula in the two layer cylinder transducer, The requirement of the encapsulation material is put forward.According to the obtained formula of the electroacoustic sensitivity, the requirements and the ideal structure of the piezoelectric ceramic material are put forward.The electroacoustic sensitivities of the piezoelectric ceramic microphone under different structural factors The experimental data are also given. The measured curves of this kind of piezoelectric ceramic microphone for simulating well depth are also given.
