[目的]比较红茶菌和中草药红茶菌对沙门氏菌的体外抑制效果。[方法]采用试管稀释法研究红茶菌和中草药红茶菌对沙门氏菌的体外抑制作用。[结果]红茶菌和中草药红茶菌对沙门氏菌都有一定的抑菌作用,尤其是中草药红茶菌原液对沙门氏菌具有显著的抑菌作用。红茶菌对临床分离的高浓度沙门氏菌的抑制效果较差,而中草药红茶菌具有显著的抑制效果。[结论]中草药红茶菌对沙门氏菌的抑制作用与红茶菌相比更加显著,在临床上可用于对沙门氏菌感染的有效预防。
[Objective] To compare the inhibitory effect of Kombucha and Chinese herbal Kombucha on the in vitro cytotoxicity of Salmonella. [Method] The tube dilution method was used to study the inhibitory effect of Kombucha and Chinese herbal Kombucha on Salmonella in vitro. [Result] Kombucha and Chinese herbal Kombucha had certain bacteriostatic effects on Salmonella, especially the Chinese herbal medicine Kombucha had significant bacteriostasis on Salmonella. Kombucha inhibited the clinical isolation of high concentrations of Salmonella, while the Chinese herbal Kombucha had a significant inhibitory effect. [Conclusion] The inhibitory effect of Chinese herbal medicine Kombucha on Salmonella was more significant than that of Kombucha, which could be used clinically to prevent Salmonella infection effectively.
