食品中农药残留检测是卫生部下达的每年监测任务,也是国家食品安全工程的组成内容。有机磷农药残留测定的国家标准方法是GB/T5009.20-2003,该方法采用两根填充柱,试剂使用量大,前处理复杂,测定时间长。实验采用NY/T761-2004农业部《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、除虫菊酯类农药多残留检测方法》并在实验过程中对样品前处理和色谱分离条件加以改进。
Pesticide residues in food testing is the Ministry of Health issued an annual monitoring mission, but also the national food safety project components. The national standard method for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues is GB / T5009.20-2003. The method uses two packed columns. The reagents are used in large quantities and the pretreatment is complex and the measurement time is long. The experiment adopts NY / T761-2004 Ministry of Agriculture “Detection methods of organophosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides multi-residues in vegetables and fruits” and improves the sample pretreatment and chromatographic separation conditions during the experiment.
