提出了一种通过测量拉伸应力变化计算超塑性空洞分数的方法,并推导出空洞分数的计算公式。对AZ31镁合金空洞分数的计算结果表明:温度、应变量和应变速率是影响材料超塑性拉伸空洞分数的主要因素。 A method of calculating the fraction of superplastic cavities by measuring the change of tensile stress is proposed, and the formula of void fraction is derived. The calculation of void fraction of AZ31 magnesium alloy shows that temperature, strain and strain rate are the main factors affecting the fraction of superplastic tensile void.
