目的:探索中国人群中CACNA1C基因单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)与非洛地平导致的外周性水肿是否存在相关关系。方法:纳入190例服用非洛地平片的高血压病患者,分为非水肿组和水肿组2组。用PCR直接测序法检测CACNA1C基因单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),并对rs1051375、rs2238032、rs2239050和rs2239128等位点进行基因分型。用χ2检验方法分析SNPs位点各基因型在2组中的差异。结果:2组中rs1051375、rs2238032、rs2239050的各基因型的频率分布无统计学意义(P>0.05),而rs2239128TT基因型在水肿组分布明显高于非水肿组(P<0.05)。结论:CACNA1C基因的rs2239128TT基因型与非洛地平导致的外周性水肿有明显的相关关系。
Objective: To explore whether there is a correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of CACNA1C gene and peripheral edema induced by felodipine in Chinese population. Methods: A total of 190 hypertensive patients taking felodipine tablets were enrolled and divided into 2 groups: non-edema group and edema group. The single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of CACNA1C gene were detected by PCR direct sequencing and the genotypes of rs1051375, rs2238032, rs2239050 and rs2239128 were genotyped. The χ2 test was used to analyze the differences in genotypes of SNPs between the two groups. Results: The frequency distribution of rs1051375, rs2238032 and rs2239050 in two groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), while the distribution of rs2239128TT genotype in edema was significantly higher than that in non-edema (P <0.05). Conclusion: The rs2239128TT genotype of CACNA1C gene has obvious correlation with peripheral edema induced by felodipine.
