目的:研究家蚕雌蛾粉对去卵巢大鼠更年期综合症的影响。方法:采用SD雌性大鼠,切除双侧卵巢后,连续给予家蚕雌蛾粉90 d,观察家蚕雌蛾粉对双侧卵巢切除大鼠体重、血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、子宫系数和阴道系数的影响。结果:家蚕雌蛾粉能够明显控制SD雌性大鼠因双侧卵巢切除而造成的体重增加,12 mg/kg组和24 mg/kg组的降低幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01),6 mg/kg组的降低幅度达显著水平(P<0.05);家蚕雌蛾粉能显著恢复雌性大鼠因双侧卵巢切除而造成的生殖器官萎缩,6 mg/kg组、12 mg/kg组和(24 mg/kg组的子宫系数提高幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01),阴道系数提高幅度均达显著水平(P<0.05);家蚕雌蛾粉能明显提高双侧卵巢切除雌性大鼠的血清E2水平,6 mg/kg组、12 mg/kg组和24 mg/kg组的提高幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01);家蚕雌蛾粉能显著降低雌性大鼠被切除双侧卵巢后升高的血清FSH水平和LH水平,12 mg/kg组和24 mg/kg组的FSH降低幅度和24 mg/kg组的LH降低幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01),6 mg/kg组的FSH降低幅度和12 mg/kg组的LH降低幅度均达显著水平(P<0.05)。结论:家蚕雌蛾粉对双侧卵巢切除大鼠的更年期综合症具有治疗作用。
Objective: To study the effect of silkworm moth powder on climacteric syndrome in ovariectomized rats. Methods: SD female rats were used to excise ovariectomized female silkworm moths for 90 days. The effects of female moth powder on the body weight, serum estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) ), Luteinizing hormone (LH), uterine coefficient and vaginal coefficient. Results: The silkworm female moth powder could significantly control the weight gain in SD female rats caused by bilateral ovariectomy. The reduction rates in both 12 mg / kg and 24 mg / kg groups were significant (P <0.01), 6 (P <0.05). The female silkworm moth powder could significantly reduce the genital atrophy caused by bilateral ovariectomy in 6 mg / kg and 12 mg / kg groups (24 mg / kg group, the uterus coefficient increased significantly (P <0.01), vaginal coefficient increased significantly (P <0.05); female silkworm moth powder can significantly increase bilateral ovariectomized female rats (P <0.01). The levels of serum E2 in 6 mg / kg, 12 mg / kg and 24 mg / kg groups were all significantly increased (P <0.01) Serum FSH level and LH level increased after ovariectomy. The decrease of FSH in 12 mg / kg group and 24 mg / kg group and the decrease of LH in 24 mg / kg group were both significant (P <0.01), 6 mg / kg group and the decrease of LH in 12 mg / kg group were all significant (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The female silkworm moth powder has the therapeutic effect on climacteric syndrome in bilateral ovariectomized rats use.
