桂东县林业职业中学是1983年由普通中学改办的。四年多来,已毕业、结业154名学生,除14名被企事业单位聘用外,全部回到农村。这些回农村的学生,依靠在校所学技术,不仅自己很快致富,而且带动周围几千农户脱贫。去年,该校只招生40人,却有760多人报名,相邻的汝城县、酃县、江西省崇义县也有初中毕业生要求到该校就读。 Guidong County Vocational Middle School was reorganized in 1983 by an ordinary secondary school. For more than four years, 154 students have graduated and graduated, and all of them returned to the rural areas except 14 employed by enterprises and institutions.
