为进一步贯彻落实国务院关于坚决遏制部分城市房价过快上涨的通知精神,国家有关部委近日分别出台措施,巩固房地产市场调控成果,促进房地产市场健康发展。这一轮调控政策被认为是继今年4月份新一轮房地产调控政策之后的“第二轮”调控政策。从本轮房地产调控政策的五项措施可以看出,中央在继续坚持抑制不合理需求和扩大供给两个方面实施调控的思路之外,进一步强化了推进房产税试点的要求。
In order to further implement the State Council’s notice on resolutely curbing housing prices in some cities, the relevant state ministries and commissions recently introduced measures to consolidate the regulatory control over the real estate market and promote the healthy development of the real estate market. This round of regulation and control policy is considered as the “second round” regulation and control policy following a new round of real estate regulation and control policy in April this year. From the current five measures of real estate regulation and control policies, we can see that the Central Government has further strengthened the requirements for the pilot project of promoting real estate taxes, in addition to continuing to insist on the control of both the unreasonable demand and the expansion of supply.
