自Wise和Witter(1979)介绍用氩激光作小梁成形术(ALT)治疗开角型青光眼以来,方法一直未变。本文试图评价几种治疗的不同变量参数,特别是激光功率和房角的色素沉着,对ALT效果的影响。对象和方法:本组病例共99例119眼,其中59眼是原发性开角型青光眼,60眼为晶体囊膜性青光眼。男41眼,女78眼。平均年龄71岁。术后平均随访17个月。所有眼均不能用最大耐受量的抗青光眼药物控制。根据Wise等的方案,用一种标定的持续波氩激光装置作ALT。
Since Wise and Witter (1979) introduced argon laser for trabeculoplasty (ALT) for open angle glaucoma, the method has not changed. This article attempts to evaluate the effects of different variables of several treatments, in particular the power of the laser and the pigmentation of the angle, on the efficacy of ALT. Subjects and Methods: A total of 99 cases of 119 cases of this group of patients, of which 59 are primary open-angle glaucoma, 60 are crystalline capsular glaucoma. Male 41 eyes, female 78 eyes. The average age is 71 years old. After an average follow-up of 17 months. All eyes can not be controlled with anti-glaucoma drugs with the maximum tolerated dose. According to the Wise et al. Scheme, a calibrated continuous wave argon laser was used as the ALT.
