这项研究工作现已完成,本刊从这期起将陆续发表有关这一研究的论文5篇。这些论文着眼于外语教学(或称应用语言学)的一些理论认识问题,探讨外语教学的确切含义。近20年来,关于应用语言学的论著虽然不少,但研究外语教学理论中诸如其性质、特点等概念问题的并不多见。这实际上影响着外语教学的进一步发展。作者为了阐明这些概念问题,深入论述了外语教学与相关学科理论的关系、外语教学本身的理论与实践的关系、以及从事外语教学实践的人与理论的关系等问题。这一系列阐述有助于我们更好地认清外语教学研究和实践的方向,有利于把外语教学推上一个新的台阶。建议外语界同仁拨冗仔细一读。
The research work has been completed, this issue from this period will be published on the research papers 5. These essays focus on the theoretical understanding of foreign language teaching (or applied linguistics) and explore the exact meaning of foreign language teaching. In the past 20 years, although there are quite a few books on applied linguistics, it is not uncommon to study such concepts as the nature and characteristics of foreign language teaching theories. This actually affects the further development of foreign language teaching. In order to clarify these conceptual issues, the author discusses in depth the relationship between foreign language teaching and relevant subject theory, the relationship between theory and practice of foreign language teaching itself, and the relationship between human and theory in foreign language teaching practice. This series of expositions help us better understand the direction of foreign language teaching and research and practice, and help to bring foreign language teaching to a new level. Proposed foreign language colleagues take the time to read carefully.
