学困生是对于学习成绩落后、学习方法上有错误的学生的一种统称。在初中阶段,造成学困生的原因很多,有些时候不是学生学习不够努力或者抵触学习,而是教育的方法出了问题;还有些时候学生抵触学习是因为其思想上出了问题。面对这些情况,我们应该做好初中学困生的德育工作。因此,针对教学实践,综合目前教育界的一些研究成果,对学困生德育工作进行了几点反思。 Students with learning difficulties are a general term for students who have poor academic performance and who have mistakes in learning methods. There are many reasons for having students who are poor students during their junior secondary education. Sometimes they are not learning hard enough or contradict learning. However, they are experiencing problems with their educational methods. In other cases, students are afraid of learning because of their ideological problems. In the face of these situations, we should do a good job in moral education in junior high schools. Therefore, according to the teaching practice, some current research findings of the education community are integrated to reflect on the moral education for students with learning difficulties.
