本文在分析气动控制系统运动中失控原因的基础上,提出一种气动逻辑控制系统设计和调试的新方法——模拟设计和脱机调试,以期判别和解决一般图纸设计中容易忽略和难于考虑的问题。本文扼要介绍了应用这种方法所采用的模拟试验台的组 成、功能和应用效果等情况。
Based on the analysis of the causes of loss of control during the movement of the pneumatic control system, this paper presents a new method for the design and debugging of the pneumatic logic control system - analogue design and off-line debugging, in order to identify and solve the problems that are easy to overlook and difficult to be considered in the design of general drawings problem. This article briefly introduced the application of this method used in the simulation test-bed composition, function and application effects and so on.
