1986～1990年我院诊疗的上尿路结石病例中,30例患者曾误诊为其他疾病,1例误诊长达20个月。 1 临床资料 30例中男18例。女12例;年龄25～35岁4例,36～45岁10例,46～55岁16例。误诊为慢性胃肠道疾病者15例、胆道疾病9例、脾周围炎2例、慢性阑尾炎3例、神经官能症1例。其中21例未做泌尿系检查,仅做1次尿常规者9例,其中4例镜下虽发现红细胞,却未引起重视。
Among the cases of upper urinary tract stones diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 1986 to 1990, 30 cases were misdiagnosed as other diseases and 1 case misdiagnosed for up to 20 months. A clinical data of 30 cases in 18 males. Female 12 cases; age 25 to 35 years in 4 cases, 36 to 45 years old in 10 cases, 46 to 55 years old in 16 cases. 15 cases were misdiagnosed as chronic gastrointestinal diseases, 9 cases of biliary disease, 2 cases of peri-spleen inflammation, 3 cases of chronic appendicitis and 1 case of neurosis. Among them, 21 cases did not make urinalysis, only 9 cases were diagnosed as urinary routine, among which 4 cases did not pay much attention to although they found erythrocytes in the microscope.
