本检测系统基于车用氧传感器的工作原理,通过混合气体CO、O_2、H_2、C_3H_6、NO、N_2、CO_2等一定浓度的配比,再通过加热水蒸气的产生并混合到经过混合配比的气体中,形成准确的排气空燃比λ,模拟汽车发动机燃烧产生的废气对车用氧传感器的性能进行检测,试验结果表明,该检测系统能较好的完成车用氧传感器性能参数的检测,符合汽车行业标准对车用氧传感器的试验要求,可为同类检测系统的研发提供一定的参考价值。
The detection system is based on the working principle of a car oxygen sensor and is produced through mixing of certain concentrations of CO, O_2, H_2, C_3H_6, NO, N_2, CO_2 and the like, Gas to form an accurate exhaust air-fuel ratio lambda to simulate the exhaust gas from automobile engine combustion to test the performance of the car oxygen sensor.
