我学会在八○年底接受上海市科学技术委员会的委托,负责组织和开展对本学科发展的预测工作。经过多次研究,逐步明确了预测工作能为现代管理科学提供决策的依据,提供合乎经济规律和科学发展规律的经营思想和规划。这项任务的意义重大,工作也是艰巨的。我们在今年一月十七日专门召开了预测工作会议,会上确定课题和负责人,组成专题预测工作班子,主要人选的条件是专业对口,有一定时间和精力参加这项工作,能保证完成 I learned to be commissioned by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission in late 1980 to organize and carry out the forecast work for the development of this discipline. After many studies, it has gradually clarified that the forecasting work can provide a basis for decision-making in modern management science, and provides business ideas and plans that are in line with economic laws and scientific development laws. The task is of great significance and the work is also arduous. On January 17th this year, we specially convened a working conference for forecasting. We decided the topics and responsible persons at the meeting to form a team for thematic forecasting. The conditions for the main candidates were professional counterparts, and there was a certain amount of time and energy to participate in this work and ensure the completion of the work.
