目的:探究血清中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的浓度与脑挫裂伤严重程度的关系。方法:选取2013年1月至2014年12月重庆市涪陵中心医院收治的62例脑挫裂严重的患者,将其按照严重程度分为4个等级,同时对患者应用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)检测血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的浓度,比较两者间的差异性。结果:脑挫裂伤越严重的患者,其MMP-2和MMP-9的浓度越高,其中Ⅱ级和Ⅰ级比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2和MMP-9与脑挫裂伤的发展程度有一定的联系,脑挫裂伤越严重的患者血清MMP-2和MMP-9明越高,因此可以将其作为衡量脑挫裂严重程度的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the serum matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) and the severity of brain contusion and laceration. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2014, 62 patients with severe brain contusion in Fuling Central Hospital of Chongqing were selected and divided into 4 grades according to their severity. At the same time, the patients were treated with enzyme-linked immunosorbent double antibody sandwich Method (ELISA) serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 concentration, the difference between the two. Results: The patients with more severe contusion and laceration had higher MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).
