本文报道了在丹徒县长江洲滩开展深翻毁芦、林农间作、多种经营、灭螺防病的综合开发方法和效果.3年观察结果,林、农间作区,活螺框出现率及活螺平均密度,由实验前的92.0%和15.80只/0.11m~2,降至1.5%和0.02只/0.11m~2;土层内钉螺死亡率为77.3%,明显高于对照区的9.9%.汛期间作区有螺株出现率3次分别为17.0%、6.0%和0,明显低于芦滩对照区的98.0%、55.0%和20.0%.附近村庄连续2年未发生血吸虫病急性感染和新感染病人.通过江滩综合开发,初步建成了一个农、林、副、渔基地.
