隧道施工过程中通风方式的选取制约着隧道的工程进度和施工质量,影响施工人员的健康和施工机械的工作效率。以重庆三环高速公路铜梁至永川段某隧道为工程依托,根据并行双洞长瓦斯隧道的工程特点,提出了一种循环式巷道通风技术方案。通过对依托工程进行通风设计计算以及与传统通风方式进行对比分析,该方法从通风效率、可操作性、经济效益上均具有显著优势。这种新的通风方式对解决并行双洞长瓦斯隧道施工中的通风难题具有重要意义,并为类似工程的施工通风提供技术借鉴和参考。
The choice of ventilation mode during the construction of tunnels restricts the progress of tunnel construction and construction quality, and affects the health of construction workers and the working efficiency of construction machinery. Based on the project of Tongliang to Yongchuan section of Chongqing Sanhuan Expressway, a scheme of ventilation technology for circulating tunnel was put forward based on the engineering characteristics of parallel double-channel long gas tunnel. Through the ventilation design calculation based on the project and the comparative analysis with the traditional ventilation method, this method has significant advantages in terms of ventilation efficiency, operability and economic benefits. This new way of ventilation is of great significance to solve the ventilation problems in the construction of parallel double-long gas tunnels and provide technical reference and reference for the construction ventilation of similar projects.
