China’s Ministry of Education promulgated the “College English Curriculum Requirements” clearly put forward: the focus of college English teaching is to develop students’ ability to apply English comprehensive, especially listening and speaking ability. However, under the influence of the traditional teaching methods and the examination-oriented thinking in practice teaching, the cultivation of college students’ comprehensive English ability to apply English is far from achieving the established goal. In the process of studying the reform of college English teaching, our college is guided by ecological teaching theory to improve the comprehensive ability of non-English majors in English application. Eco-linguistics is a new discipline, which emphasizes the relationship between people and the environment and interactive process; emphasizes the new knowledge structure in
