In some small companies or small teams, we may encounter such problems: there are some excellent ideas or ideas, but afraid to upset the existing plan so that there is no time to implement these ideas. Hackathon’s appearance is to solve this problem. Hackathon uses a passionate, quick and efficient way to bring together all of the company’s developers (or just some of its stakeholders), and take a day (and only one day) to identify and implement some development plans. According to Joe Kraus, founder of jotspot, these plans should be based on simple rules that are valuable to the company; not what is supposed to be done by “hypothetical”; from the creation of ideas to a workable model that can Done in a day. In the whole process of planning and implementation, to ensure that participants are not subject to any interference, and to provide adequate and delicious diet. Before, a lot of projects were implemented in a closed fashion and the approach went continuously for a month. In the end, everyone was very tired and the efficiency dropped dramatically. There are many projects in our work, or there are many ideals and goals in life. It is not an easy task to achieve it perfectly or even to complete it. And further changes in the way Hackathon can be used to demobilize long-term goals into short-term, phased goals that must be achievable. You can develop this long-term project using Hackathon, a combination of these two approaches, both intermittently and intermittently.
