本文采用不同方法(例如用盐酸处理的WCOT,沉积载体层的SCOT)处理玻璃毛细管内表面后,研究其活性的变化,还研究了涂渍不同类型固定液柱活性的差异;同时还对玻璃WCOT,SCOT柱与柔性石英毛细管柱的吸附活性进行了比较。 实验部分 (一)柱的制备 玻璃WCOT:空柱用盐酸溶液蚀刻,钝化后,静态法涂渍固定液。玻璃SCOT:按照文献的方法制备。FSOT:用不同的溶液清洗内表面后钝化,然后涂渍各类固定液。
