本文总结了３２例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）的肾叶间动脉多普勒检查结果，并与年龄匹配的正常对照组３８例对比分析。结果显示肾叶间动脉阻力指数（ＲＩ）与年龄增长呈正相关，与糖尿病程度呈正相关。糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）组ＲＩ高于无ＤＮ组，６０～６９岁组差别显著，Ｐ＜０．００１。５０～５９岁组差别无统计学意义。初步说明多普勒超声作为一种无创伤性肾内血流检测方法，对于ＤＮ诊断有一定价值。
This article summarizes the results of 32 cases of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) by interrenal arterial Doppler and compared with age-matched control group of 38 cases. The results showed that interrenal artery resistance index (RI) was positively correlated with age, and positively correlated with the degree of diabetes. RI in diabetic nephropathy (DN) group was higher than that in no DN group, the difference was significant in 60-69 years old group, P <0.001.50-59 years old group difference was not statistically significant. Preliminary description of Doppler ultrasound as a noninvasive renal blood flow detection method for the diagnosis of DN have some value.
